▌Challenge and analysis

The main challenge was to create a strategy that would allow budgets to be allocated efficiently to Google’s networks while maintaining the desired performance. Managing budgets in a way that maximizes return on ad spend (ROAS) and identifying the most effective solutions for promoting campaigns through Google Ads were essential elements in this process. In addition, it was necessary to find innovative ways to ensure that Animax’s offers stay in the minds of pet owners, thus increasing the chances of conversion.

To measure the success of the campaigns, we set relevant KPIs such as:

▌Campaign strategy

In order to achieve the set objectives, we implemented a complex strategy that included the integration of Search and Display campaigns, as well as the structuring of ad groups according to each product category promoted. This approach allowed us to focus on keeping the Animax brand in the attention of the target audience, but also on maximizing the effectiveness of the campaigns.

Components of our strategy included:

Performance Max: It allowed us to achieve maximum performance by utilizing all of Google’s networks in a single campaign.
Display Campaigns: We used Display campaigns to increase brand visibility to a wider audience.
Dynamic Search Ads: We used dynamic ads to capture users’ search intent, even when there was no specific ad for that search.
Search Campaigns: We structured search campaigns focused on buying intent, with the goal of generating direct conversions.
